  • *Print on Front or Back

    Do you want us to print the design on the the front or on the back?

  • *Transparent background only with transparent PNG file

    In case you are only submitting text by using the text tool in the designer, we will automatically print the text as shown, so the background will stay in the colour of the fabric.

    In case you are submitting a graphics file (logo, photo, drawing etc.), please be aware that the file will be printed as shown. So if you can see a white background, the white background will also appear on the fabric. In case you want us to not print a background, please submit a transparent PNG / PNG24 file which doesn't contain a background.

    Please feel free to get in touch (support@pixiprints.com) should you have any questions in regards to the background or any other design issues. Once submitted, you are agreeing for the design to be printed as shown so please do not submit the design if you are not happy with the preview. 

  • In case you have ordered similar items but different colours (e.g. 10x green vests and 5x pink vests) and you would like us to print more than one design depending on the colour, we need detailed information which design is supposed to be printed how many times on which item, e.g. '5x design 1 on green, 5x design 2 und green, 5x design 3 on pink'.

    Please note - in case you have only ordered ONE colour, you can indicate how often you want us to print each design by selecting the amount when submitting each design. In case you need further help, please contact us at support-en@pixiprints.com.

  • Cropping will occur around the edges due to the print process. We therefore advise not to position any important elements right next to the bold border line.
  • The standard background is white (unless indicated otherwise) – so if you don’t fully cover the white background and you wish to change the base colour, please click on the white area and select a different colour.
  • The print quality can only be as good as the photo(s). Please make sure that your photos are sharp, of high resolution and are generally of a good colour balance and brightness.
