  • Please be aware that because vests are usually worn above regular clothing, vests must be bought 1-2 sizes larger than your regular clothing. Example, while most people wear M or L as their regular size, the standard size for vests is XL/XXL. Please also be aware that vests sized XS and S are mainly intended for children and teenagers, they mostly do not fit even slim adults (especially above a jacket). Should you want to change your vest's size, please get in touch with us (support-en@pixiprints.com).

  • *Background transparent or white?

    Our premium print allows for transparent backgrounds around design, so if you want us to print a non-rectangular design (e.g. a logo), we can print only the design itself without printing white around it. In order to do so, you will need to upload a file with a transparent background (PNG24). Otherwise, the white background will come out as white. Please also note that pure text design will always have a transparent background as long as you use our designer to type the text, so there will be no white around the font.

  • In case you have ordered similar items but different colours (e.g. 10x green vests and 5x pink vests) and you would like us to print more than one design depending on the colour, we need detailed information which design is supposed to be printed how many times on which item, e.g. '5x design 1 on green, 5x design 2 und green, 5x design 3 on pink'.

    Please note - in case you have only ordered ONE colour, you can indicate how often you want us to print each design by selecting the amount when submitting each design. In case you need further help, please contact us at support-en@pixiprints.com.

  • Cropping will occur around the edges due to the print process. We therefore advise not to position any important elements right next to the bold border line.
  • The standard background is white (unless indicated otherwise) – so if you don’t fully cover the white background and you wish to change the base colour, please click on the white area and select a different colour.
  • The print quality can only be as good as the photo(s). Please make sure that your photos are sharp, of high resolution and are generally of a good colour balance and brightness.
